I am someone who was diagnosed with a learning disability at a young age.
I felt intensely that I had something special to offer the world… but no way could anyone else notice. I was thought to be below average in intelligence, though, I felt like I could see the world more clearly than most.
The problem was, I didn’t have the skills to articulate my unique perspective. This led to deep feelings of being misunderstood, causing me to hide within myself and rebel.
Eventually, a mixture of pain, insatiable curiosity, and the desire to prove myself led me down an intense path of self-discovery. By the end of the journey, I had found myself and my value. Others had too.
I have since discovered that many people feel the same way. Leaders, individuals, and brands have so much to offer the world, but they struggle to be heard. I like nothing more than closing that gap.

My journey required me to seek unlikely mentors, embrace grit, and explore unique experiences... Here are some of the details.

I now work a Revenue Engineer, helping companies break through the noise and grow their sales.
My methodology is simple.
We need to work with human nature, not against it.
Accepting just how flawed, yet, magnificent human beings are gives us the ability to stand out and create change.
For example...
Knowing that people remember feelings more than data reminds us to engage them emotionally.
Admitting that people can be selfish forces us to focus on what they care about.
Knowing that people are overwhelmed reminds us to make our process easy for them.
Acknowledging that humans are easily bored forces us to simplify our points.
Sensing that people are burned out challenges us to re-inspire them with our message.
The path to greater results is a journey into empathy, understanding, and calibration.
